Class Location

  •  Inside Twinsfeather Studio located at Kinetic Wellness Center
  • Outside Kinetic Wellness Center waterfront weather permitting, all classes are positioned 6′ apart and facing the beautiful Penobscot River taking in the sounds of the rippling water, joyful birds & whispering trees. 

Note: If you have a preference of working inside only just ask.  

 

What to Wear & Bring? 

  • Wear comfortable clothing for moving freely
  • Bring water
  • Twinsfeather will provide the stool & mat or feel free to bring your own mat 
  • We are seated on a stool and move through a series of rhythmic patterns of breath and movement for mobilization of the spine, arms and chest.  We finish with a series of standing movements improving ones balance.
